First things first, let’s make sure you haven’t accidentally entered the shipping address by mistake. (Don’t stress it, it happens to the best of us). After you've checked the address, ensure that your zip code is indeed correctly entered.
If that doesn’t fix it, and you’ve double checked the billing address on your card, the next step is to contact your financial institution. It’s rare, but in some cases that error could indicate an issue that’s out of our hands and in the hands of the card issuing institution.
